VMix

Integrating the RCP with VMix gives you:
- Tally input
- Aux output switching to stay in sync with the RCP
- Color correction
Wiring
Connect the RCP and VMix to the same network.

Setup
Make sure your RCP has an IP address matching your VMix computer. To add an IP address to the RCP, see "LAN Configuration" in IP Configuration.
Router
In the Configuration tab, click "+" in "Components" and add VMix under "Router / Switcher", then configure it as follows (see Integrating a Video Router for details). The "Router / Switcher" location is not stated on the official page and is our inference.

- Set a name (optional).
- Enter the IP address of your VMix computer. Make sure the RCP can reach the computer.
- Link your cameras to the matching VMix inputs.
- Link your RCP to an auxiliary output.
Your RCP is now configured with VMix.

When you change camera on the RCP, the selected aux output follows.
Tally Input
After configuring VMix as a router (above), enter the following in the "Tally" section of the VMix router:
- "Red Tally Sources":
AUTO - "Green Tally Sources":
AUTO

This gives a green tally for preview and a red tally for live.
For a different setup, you can enter any VMix output name instead of AUTO: Output, Preview, 1, 2, etc. If you need more tally outputs, see Tally Configuration.
Color Correction
Add VMix as a "Video Processor" in "Components" and enter the following (the "Video Processor" location is not stated on the official page and is our inference):
- Name (optional)
- IP address

The RCP now controls VMix color correction.

Next, click an existing camera:

Here, "Not controlled" means no camera is controlled, only the VMix color correction. You can also combine camera head control with VMix color correction.
In the right menu, scroll to "Video Processor" and select one of your VMix channels:

You now control VMix channel 1 from RCP camera 1.
