Overview​

Multi-Cam Dashboard is a companion app for monitoring and controlling cameras. It has two main views:

  • Monitoring view: Displays all cameras in a grid, showing key parameters. The displayed content can be customized.
  • Control panel view: Opens a detailed control panel for a single camera, giving access to all available parameters. This can also be customized.

Initial Setup​

As of release 26.2.1rc1, Multi-Cam Dashboard is disabled by default. Follow these steps to enable it:

  1. Open the configuration GUI at http://[device-ip]
  2. Go to Admin
  3. Click Enable

The status changes to Running.

After that, it becomes accessible from the navigation bar.

Embedded Web app (RCP): Open http://[device-ip]:4000 in a browser, or click the "Multi-Cam Dashboard" link in the navigation bar.

Desktop app (coming later): to connect it:

  1. Open Settings (gear icon)
  2. Go to MQTT Connection
  3. Enter your broker address and CY HUID
  4. Click Save
